Constructor for a new RowRepeaterSorter.

Creates a new subclass of class sap.ui.commons.RowRepeaterSorter with name sClassName and enriches it with the information contained in oClassInfo.

oClassInfo might contain the same kind of information as described in sap.ui.core.Element.extend.
